By using ​SemaglutidePal, the User agrees to hold ​SemaglutidePal, Kmish Inc and its officers, partners, affiliates, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability, responsibility, expenses, claims to damages due to injuries, including attorney’s fees and costs, incurred due to or caused by the User. 

Assumption of Risk The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that the User understands that there are certain inherent risks and dangers associated with manipulating food intake, body weight, and physical activity habits. In addition, the User understands that there are risks associated with the use of this Application. The User knowingly and voluntarily accepts, and assumes responsibility for, each of these risks and dangers, and all other risks and dangers that could arise out of, or occur during, the use of this Application. Any use of the app means that the User has completely and irrevocably agreed to these Disclaimer Terms.
